If you are coming from the east, north or west:

 Take the Mass Pike to exit 11A.
 Take route 495 South to exit 21B(West Main Street, Upton)
  After the lights, you will pass the Gibson Grille restaurant, and South Pond. Continue to the top of the hill and take a left onto School Street. (this intersection has Angels Hilltop Gardens and a large water tower)
School Street is a long country road and turns into Fiske Mill Road. At the end, turn left onto Rt. 140 at the used car dealership.
 Continue on 140 about one mile and turn left onto Asylum Street before Whalley Computer. We are the second set of office Condos on the left. (grey with a dark orange door)
